To complete our range, we selected this Crémant de Bordeaux for its finesse, roundness and floral character.

Made from Sémillon (structure, silkiness) and complemented by Muscadelle (floral notes), it is aged for 9 months on lees in underground cellars on the right bank of the Garonne, where it receives meticulous care.

Style & serving

Fine bubbles, delicate aromas of white flowers and white stone fruit. On the palate: freshness, balance, and elegance.

• Serving temperature: 5–8 °C
• Alcohol content: 12% vol.

Perfect for apéritifs and celebrations, and a natural match with seafood, fish, shellfish, as well as white meats and desserts (pastries, sorbets).
