Made from a classic Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon harvested at full maturity, our Graves de Vayres Rouge Évolution perfectly balances fruit, structure, and elegance. A subtle oak aging enhances its complexity without overpowering the wine, preserving purity and finesse.

With its fine structure and silky tannins, it pairs beautifully with red meats, hearty dishes, game, and hard cheeses. Serve between 16 and 18 °C.

Vintage 2015

A wine with a deep garnet robe, offering elegant notes of red fruit, spices, and cocoa. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and generous, with a long fruity and lightly toasted finish, supported by supple, silky tannins.
