Crafted from a subtle blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris, enhanced by a touch of Muscadelle, our dry white wine stands out for its aromatic intensity, freshness, and long-lasting finish. Both fruity and floral, with great elegance, it pairs beautifully with fish, seafood, and other delicate dishes. Served chilled, between 5 and 8°C, it reveals its full brightness.

Aged for a minimum of three months in our cellars before bottling, it retains its qualities for several years, even gaining in complexity over time. The unique presence of Sauvignon Gris and Muscadelle brings originality and character, often sparking a real “coup de cœur” among wine lovers and professionals alike.

Awards and Selections of Our Vintages

Over the years, our dry white wine has consistently won the recognition of tasters, juries, and professionals, earning numerous awards and distinctions.

The 2019 vintage, featured in the Guide Hachette 2021, was described as: “A lightly citrus nose with notes of apricot, mango, and white flowers. A lively attack, ample and fresh. Aromas of white peach and good length on the palate.”

The 2016 vintage received a silver medal at the Concours des Grands Vins de France in Mâcon (2017).

The 2014 vintage was doubly distinguished with silver medals in both Mâcon and the Bordeaux Wine Competition (2015). It was also selected by the CIVB (Bordeaux Wine Council) for its professional reference stock.

The 2013 vintage was acclaimed three times: a bronze medal at the Concours des Grands Vins de France (Mâcon, 2014), an award at the Entre-deux-Mers Challenge (Bordeaux, 2014), and selection in the Guide Hachette 2015.

The 2011 vintage was also selected by the Guide Hachette 2013, which noted: “The Sauvignon growing on the sandy gravel soils of Vayres asserts itself clearly in this 2011 with a pale, limpid robe. Its bouquet of white flowers is enhanced by fruity nuances (pear). Supple and light on the palate, it suggests a pairing (…) with a seafood salad.”

Finally, the 2010 vintage earned two stars in the Guide Hachette 2012: “Made exclusively from Sauvignon, this 2010 is a dry white with aromas of white flowers, citrus, and blackcurrant bud. Ample and rich, the palate shows freshness and remarkable persistence. Best enjoyed within the next two years with a seafood platter.”
