Since 2022, our rosé has been crafted exclusively from old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon, bringing greater depth and structure. We have also found that it ages beautifully, well beyond the usual 3 years.

Aged for a minimum of 3 months in our cellars before bottling, this rosé reveals a crisp, lively attack, with bright aromas of red fruits and citrus. Best enjoyed well-chilled (around 6 °C), it is the perfect wine for sunny days.

Versatile and food-friendly, it pairs wonderfully with paella, tomato–mozzarella salads, summer pizzas, seafood, grilled fish, white meats, and merguez sausages. It also shines alongside more exotic dishes such as couscous.
